Resetting User Passwords

To reset an existing user’s password, first:

  1. Click on ‘Users’ in the back office navigation.
  2. Click on the name of user whose password you want to change. (There’s a search box at the top right of the user list, you can type all or part of the username into the search box to help you find it.)
  3. Scroll down until you see the “Set New Password” button, under Account Management. Click that button.
  4. Type the updated password into the box and click the “Set New Password” button again.
