To reset an existing user’s password, first:
- Click on ‘Users’ in the back office navigation.
- Click on the name of user whose password you want to change. (There’s a search box at the top right of the user list, you can type all or part of the username into the search box to help you find it.)
- Scroll down until you see the “Set New Password” button, under Account Management. Click that button.
- Type the updated password into the box and click the “Set New Password” button again.
